AWwPC offers project and programme management services for investment projects in real estate worldwide. This approach is based on worldwide coverage, national support and local delivery. Management takes place in the customer's country of residence. For Dutch, internationally operating investors and developers this is done by PRC. We offer quality, consistency and transparency across borders. The lines to the project managers are short. In countries where ARCADIS does not have its own offices it collaborates with local project management / partner companies. One of the commissions is to carry out due diligence and project monitoring work commissioned by Multi Asset Management. The company guards the interests of the investor during the preparation and construction of retail projects. Multi Asset Management is a member of Multi Corporation that develops shopping centres throughout Europe. Currently AWwPC operates in seven countries including England, Poland and the Ukraine.
